For made-to-order, bespoke, or pre-order items, processing times may be longer and will be stated on the product page or at checkout.
Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery windows appear at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Requests to change an address must be made as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order begins processing.
Tracking is provided when available. If your package shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate it, please:
Check around the delivery location and with neighbors/building staff
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
Email hello@shoptogi.com and we’ll assist where possible

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, email hello@shoptogi.com. We’ll help you initiate a carrier inquiry when appropriate. Replacement/refund decisions are made case-by-case.
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Customs delays may occur and are outside our control.
If your order contains multiple items (especially limited or made-to-order pieces), items may ship separately.
