Shipping Policy 

1) Processing times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping time unless specified otherwise.

For made-to-order, bespoke, or pre-order items, processing times may be longer and will be stated on the product page or at checkout.

2) Shipping methods & delivery estimates

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery windows appear at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, weather, and other factors outside our control.

3) Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

  • Requests to change an address must be made as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order begins processing.

4) Tracking

Tracking is provided when available. If your package shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate it, please:

  • Check around the delivery location and with neighbors/building staff

  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

  • Email hello@shoptogi.com and we’ll assist where possible

Shop Togi LLC is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

5) Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, email hello@shoptogi.com. We’ll help you initiate a carrier inquiry when appropriate. Replacement/refund decisions are made case-by-case.

6) International shipping (if offered)

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Customs delays may occur and are outside our control.

7) Split shipments

If your order contains multiple items (especially limited or made-to-order pieces), items may ship separately.
